Carreras said: It is a great honor for me that this Unit for Molecular Therapies at the University Hospital in Frankfurt could be linked to my name in the future. In fact, this achievement is due to our many donors who have been supporting us generously for more than two decades.
We have been able to generate more than 200 million euros in donations so far, and thus support more than 1,100 projects, many of which in Frankfurt.
Thanks to the great commitment of doctors and nurses, we are able to save lives and alleviate suffering more and more, even if we have not yet reached our great goal: leukemia has to be cured, always and for everyone.
