Trailer "EL JUEZ (Los niños perdidos): a 11 minute video summary of the world premiere in Bilbao (26 April 2014)
Ecco qualcosa che stavamo aspettando da tempo. Negli ultimi mesi ho ricevuto moltissime email e messaggi su Facebook in cui mi si chiedeva se ci fosse in circolazione del materiale video delle recite di El Juez. Lo scorso 6 gennaio, sul canale televisivo austriaco Servus Tv è stato trasmesso un bellissimo documentario di cinquanta minuti (leggi il post) che molti di noi sono riusciti a vedere in diretta, e che è stato disponibile in rete per qualche giorno.
Ora finalmente, qualcosa che potremo vedere e rivedere in qualsiasi momento: Kupfer Kultur & Media, l'agenzia che rappresenta Josep Carreras da trent'anni e che ha enormemente contribuito nella realizzazione di quest'opera di Christian Kolonovits per Carreras, ha condiviso sulla sua pagina web, recentemente disegnata, un video di undici minuti. Il video fa parte del canale YouTube
Nello specifico, si tratta di un ottimo riassunto dell'opera, attraverso una selezione dei momenti più emblematici della prima mondiale che, come ricorderete, si è tenuta il 26 aprile del 2014 presso il Teatro Arriaga di Bilbao. Per chi non avesse ancora visto l'opera, potrebbe essere utile seguire questo video in parallelo con la review che avevo scritto un anno fa, di ritorno da Bilbao, che contiene molti dettagli, musicali e scenici, che non sono esplicitati dalla sola trama.
Per chi ha vissuto questo evento in prima persona, per chi c'è stato e per chi avrebbe voluto esserci, per chi vuole saperne di più, questo video è un regalo. Chissà che il futuro non ci riservi sorprese ancora più grandi... magari un DVD? Staremo a vedere. Per ora godiamoci questo video.

This is something we have been waiting for a while. Lately, I have received many emails and messages on facebook, in which some of you have asked if there were any video material or any recording of the performances of El Juez.
On January 6th, the Austrian TV channel Servus TV broadcast a beautiful 50 minute documentary (read the post), which many of us were able to watch live, and that has been available online for a few more days.
Now finally, something that we can watch again and again at any time: Kupfer Kultur & Media, the agency representing Josep Carreras for thirty years which has greatly contributed to the staging of this work Christian Kolonovits dedicated to Carreras, has shared on its new brand designed website a eleven minute video.
Specifically, it is an excellent summary of the opera, through a selection of the most emblematic moments of the world premiere which, as you can recall, was held on April 26th 2014 at the Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao.
For those of you who are not familiar with this opera, it might be useful to watch video in parallel with the review I published a year ago, back from Bilbao, which provides many many musical and stage details, which are not explained by the plot.
